Signals from transmitter stations do occasionally suffer interruption either because of temporary faults or planned maintenance. Check to see if your neighbours have lost their signal too.

If there is no known transmitter fault and your neighbours are unaffected then we would recommend that the digital box is unplugged for a period of time and then retuned once the power has been restored.
If that has no effect then we would recommend checking the aerial and connections or perhaps also calling the manufacturer's helpline to check that the box is not faulty.
