Viewers can re-order the channels using ‘edit channel’ or ‘favourites’.
In some cases, the aerial may need to be re-directed to an alternative English transmitter. Any viewer consulting an aerial engineer is recommended to look for an RDI or member of recognised trade body.
If the postcode result predicts that your Freeview service should come from Carmel or another Welsh transmitter it may not be possible to receive English services on Freeview. However in some cases it may be possible to point your aerial to an alternative English transmitter. This will be shown on the postcode checker.
