Technical changes being made on 5 February 2008 mean that you will need to retune your digital box or TV on or after this date to receive CITV on Freeview.
Some digital boxes and TVs rescan automatically, others need to be manually retuned. If CITV appears not to be available after 5 February then manually retune your box.
To manually retune you need to press "Menu" on your remote control and follow the on-screen instructions or those printed in your manual. A typical sequence is:
- Press MENU on your remote control.
- From the Menu options, select the 'Tuning Menu'
- Select 'Auto Setup' or 'Update' to rescan your digital box or TV
If you are living in Wales or you do not have the full Freeview channel line-up, unfortunately you may not be able to receive CITV after this date.
