Are you HD ready?

Check the front of your TV or the owner's manual for a small sign reading "HD Ready."

If you have an HD ready TV (a flat panel LCD or plasma TV) then all you need is a Freeview HD box (go to step 3).

If you don't, this is your chance to upgrade to a Freeview HD TV, these are available from March 2010. This will have the Freeview HD tuner built in, so all you have to do is connect the aerial and tune in.

Even the programmes that aren't broadcast in HD are up scaled to give you a sharper, clearer picture.

Be sure to look out for the Freeview HD logo so you know you have an approved product.
