Connect your aerial to the back of your Freeview HD box.

Then connect your HDMI cable from the back of your box to the socket on the back of your TV [see diagram].

Finally tune in the box to get all your channels and you are ready to go.

You will find the BBC HD channel at 50 on the EPG and ITV 1 HD at 51.
