Wales will switchover to digital TV in 2009. So then the whole region will get great TV for free with Freeview. Digital UK will be writing to everyone in the region before the signal switches to digital to keep you posted on what's happening.

Here's the timetable they've given us of when your local TV transmitter will switch to digital.

July to September 2009

Preseli transmitter
Serving southwest Wales

October to December 2009

Serving northwest Wales, including Anglesey

Moel-Y-Parc Transmitters
Serving northeast Wales

January to March 2010

Blaenplwyf
Serving west and central Wales

serving east-central Wales

Wenvoe Transmitters
serving south-east Wales, including Cardiff
