I'm receiving wrong BBC and ITV regional programmes
If your BBC and ITV are from a different region than you would expect, they may have moved to a channel number in the 800s.
You may have experienced your BBC and ITV channels changing location in the TV guide and moving into the 800s e.g. your BBC One region appears on channel 801 on the TV guide rather than 001.
If you are receiving the incorrect regional variant of a BBC or ITV channel we recommend that you perform a manual retune. This varies per product so you may need to consult your manual. Should this not help you should contact your manufacturer. Contact details for manufacturers can be found here.
Channels from a different region are sometimes placed into the 800s when a viewer is in an area where the receiver picks up reception from 2 transmitters. Often the stronger signal is used and the channels from the weaker signal are placed in the 800s.
