Due to recent transmission changes, some viewers with older manufactured Freeview products may have experienced their channels changing location in the electronic programme guide and moving into the 800s, e.g. BBC1 appears as 801 on the electronic programme guide, rather than 001. If you are experiencing problems with one of the affected Freeview products we recommend that you call your manufacturer directly for further assistance. A list of affected products can be found in the pdf below:

If your channels have moved into the 800s but your product is not on the list, your home may be in an area which receives reception from more than one transmitter. In this case we recommend you do a manual retune:
