To ensure you get great Freeview reception, it might be a good idea to have your aerial checked. We suggest you get in touch with the following organisations who can give you details of one or more members who operate in your area and guarantee their work:

If you live in a flat and share an aerial then you need to check with your landlord or housing association to see if you can receive digital TV. They should be aware of digital switchover, if not, we thought we could help you with a letter to get the ball rolling.
