Jake and his hearing twin Adam discuss whether deaf couples should have deaf children and what jobs deaf people should be allowed to do, and Christianah prepares to leave her specialist deaf school and make her way in the world.

      In the last of the series, Ruth visits Abbey Dore Court, a quaint country house with a big problem.

      The house was once a happy family home where Charis Ward, her children and grandchildren lived. But since 2000, when Charis moved into a more manageable property, the house has fallen into disrepair. The property is set on 150 acres of Herefordshire farmland and according to Ruth is a prime spot for a B&B. However, bad weather dampens the trial run and Ruth is left having to convince the entire family to take on her advice.

      Alex comes to the rescue of a couple who own a historical house in rural Devon. Although the building and country setting are beautiful, poor marketing and cluttered decor have brought the hostelry to the brink of collapse.

      Lorraine Pascale is back in the kitchen rustling up tasty dishes. This time, she revisits her roots to make something extremely chocolatey.

      Lorraine starts with a take on a kitchen classic - a prosciutto and brie toastie - made in minutes. She then creates an indulgent treat - a chocolate digestive cheesecake with white icing - all without the need for any cooking. Next on the menu is a salad featuring pan-fried balsamic pear, pancetta and gorgonzola. Keeping with the season, Lorraine knocks together her homely chutney with a twist, adding autumnal ingredients of apple, blackberries and cinnamon.

      Declan Lawn investigates increasing instances of online bullying and tracks down some of the perpetrators.

      With a new survey highlighting that one in thirteen young people have been affected by cyber bullying, Declan looks at the phenomenon of trolling, where offensive material is posted online, particularly with reference to social network sites, where grieving teenagers and TV celebrities have found themselves targeted. He also meets Cher Lloyd, who describes her experience and how it has affected her life.

      The old lifeboat station in Tenby was home to the brave souls of the RNLI for over 100 years. When they moved out, two more brave souls, Tim O'Donovan and his wife Philomena, saw an opportunity not only to convert it into a unique, contemporary home but to rescue this historic building for the nation. But the building itself is a weather worn, rusting and rotten hulk that was never designed to be lived in. Will Tim and Philomena be all at sea?

      The first episode in a new three-part series includes interviews with The Duke of Cambridge, Prince Harry, The Earl of Wessex, The Princess Royal and Princess Eugenie, and tells the story of the Queen's childhood, and discusses what it must have been like for her to become Queen at 25 and how the role has changed over her sixty year reign. Marr also follows the Queen on state visits to both the Middle East and the US and looks at the role of the royal family in trade and international relations.

      The dark drama set in London's East End continues with the conclusion of a story in which detectives probe a gruesome and seemingly impossible crime.

      Chandler, Miles and the team have researched the history of the Ratcliffe Highway Murders, which bears a resemblance to their current investigation without being a copycat crime. The team are under pressure to crack the case, but matters threaten to get out of control when a second mass murder occurs with no signs of an obvious break-in and no apparent evidence. The crimes begin to take on an almost supernatural edge, with local residents wondering how they can sleep soundly in their beds.

      Continuing the hard-hitting documentary series which provides a rare insight into the realities of policing modern Britain.

      Nottinghamshire Police's highly trained Armed Response Unit reveals what it is like carrying a weapon on Britain's streets. The programme follows the officers as they stop a car they believe contains a weapon, detain a man accused of threatening to kill an ex-girlfriend and arrest a woman for confronting a former friend with a pistol. While Nottinghamshire police attend an average of 243 firearms incidents annually, there are on average 1,500 occasions a year when tasers are deployed.

      The series following social workers charged with the responsibility of child protection looks at the case of a couple living on the edge of society.

      Shaun and Marva's past has been blighted with homelessness, violence and alcohol. The couple have already had three children removed after social workers decided they were not fit to care for them. Hospital-based social worker Annie now has to make complicated decisions in order to protect Shaun and Marva's unborn child. Remarkably, Marva turns over a new leaf. Her progress is remarkable, but is she now capable of bringing up her own baby?

An all-night road trip takes the trio to Matt's ex-wife's house and finally to his sons' bedroom where Matt is forced to confront the mess he's made of his life. The evening manages to bring Beverly and Matt closer together. The question is for how long?

      The series following mobile medical teams catches up with those who look after revellers attending festivals across the country every summer.

      Despite appearances to the contrary, binge drinking and drug abuse are not compulsory when attending a festival, although many seem to be under the impression that they are. Teams of on-site medics at three of Britain's biggest musical events - Wireless festival in London's Hyde Park, GuilFest in Surrey, and Wickerman festival in Scotland - deal with the highs and lows of the nation's festival fever.

      From visionary director John Carpenter comes this cult futuristic action thriller, starring Kurt Russell, Lee Van Cleef and Ernest Borgnine.

      The year is a far-in-the-future 1997, and the island of Manhattan that has become a maximum-security prison. When the US president (Donald Pleasence) is captured and held hostage by a ruthless gang after Air Force One crash-lands in the no-go area, only one-eyed mercenary Snake Plissken (Russell) is considered capable of effecting a rescue. If he fails his mission, an explosive that has been injected under his skin will be detonated, killing him instantly.

Will he make the right decision while the safety of his family hangs in the balance. Meanwhile, Aidan avoids school, haunted by the knowledge that he did nothing to stop Frasier attacking his teacher, and Micky faces a life-changing decision when he finds himself trapped in a room with woman in labour.

      The fifth series of the popular legal drama continues with a difficult online case that causes problems for both the police and the lawyers.

      A murder enquiry is launched when the police are alerted to an internet video that shows a teenage girl apparently being shot. With no body and only grainy footage to go on, the investigators are tested to their limits. When they eventually put a name to the victim and track down her attackers, the case is handed to the Crown Prosecution Service. Unfortunately, a vow of silence between the defendents makes it very difficult to build a strong case. Could one key witness turn everything around?

      Oscar-winning Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon is among the guests supplying Graham with risque chat on his talk show sofa this week.

      Reese is in town to discuss her latest film This Means War, an all-action spy comedy in which she stars with Chris Pine and our very own Tom Hardy. Comedian and panel show favourite Reginald D Hunter drops by with news of his imminent UK tour, and Alex Kingston reflects on both her pivotal role in Doctor Who and a forthcoming appearance in the BBC's lavish Upstairs Downstairs revival. Music comes from indie quintet the Musgraves.

      Christina Ricci stars in the continuing US series about the golden age of glamorous airline travel.

      A thaw in relations with Russia means Pan Am are sending the Clipper Majestic on a diplomatic mission to be the first US commercial flight into the Soviet Union, but things do not go smoothly. Richard Parks gives Kate an assignment for her trip behind the iron curtain. Senator Rawlings invites left wing Maggie to a Republican fundraiser party where Ted has a surprise proposition for Amanda. Bridget's surprise return continues to put a strain on Dean and Colette's relationship.
