You need to retune your equipment to get all the Freeview channels. Your manufacturer can confirm whether your set retunes automatically. If yours doesn't, you need to press 'Menu' on your remote control and follow the on-screen instructions or those printed in your manual. A typical sequence is:
When the updating process has finished follow the on-screen instructions. We know from previous retunes that some sets had problems. If you still have trouble after doing the retune update, you can either switch over to another channel (digital) and then back to the channel you are trying to receive, or retune again.
