Subscription free

Buying the box is the only thing you will have to pay for. No contracts and no subscription fees.
No tapes

Programmes are recorded directly onto the hard drive of the box and stored in your library.
Pause/rewind

If you want to pause and rewind the programme you can.
Split recording

If a programme is broadcast with a break in the middle e.g. for the news, both parts of the programme will be recorded.
Green button
(Freeview+HD only)

If you see a green button in a trailer click it to record the programme or even the whole series.
