Contact us on 03456 50 50 50 on Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm (the helpline is closed on Sundays).

Calls cost the same as a call to a standard UK landline and are within inclusive calling plan minutes. Outside of inclusive plans the price of calls varies between different providers, please check with your provider if you’re unsure.

Just make sure you are in front of your TV and have your remote handy when you call us.

APP

The Help & Support section of the Freeview mobile app covers everything you need to know, from how to set reminders, favourite TV shows, and download shows to watch offline, to how much data the app uses.

You can find it in My Freeview section of the app. We've broken it down into helpful sections to make it as easy as possible for you to choose the category most suited to your needs.

Issues with a player?

If you're having problems with a particular player then it's best to contact its provider directly. Here are links to some of the players' support pages in case you need more help.
