1. The promoter is: DTV Services Limited (“Freeview”) with its registered office at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London, EC4R 3TT


    1. The title of the Competition is The Hisense Freeview Play UEFA Euro 2020 Tickets Prize Draw.
    2. The Competition provides the chance to win two (2) tickets to the England v Czech Republic game at Wembley on 22nd June 2021 including one night’s accommodation at a hotel. To enter the Giveaway, entrants complete the entry form, entering their first name, surname and email address. All entries will be entered into a draw and one (1) winner will be randomly selected (the “Competition”).


    1. The Competition will run from 17:00 on 02/06/2021 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 13/06/2021 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
    2. All Competition entries must be received by Freeview by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
    3. To enter the Competition, entrants complete the entry form, entering their first name, surname and email address. The form is available at: https://www.freeview.co.uk/hisense-uefa-euros-2020-tickets-prize-draw
    4. If participants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested when participating in the Promotion, their entry will be void.
    5. Only one entry per person will be accepted. The winners will be chosen at random from the pool of entries.
    6. Freeview will not accept:
      1. responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
      2. proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.
    7. By submitting a Competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.


    1. The Competition is open to all residents in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) aged eighteen (18) and over.
    2. Notwithstanding Condition 4.1, the Competition is not open to:
      1. employees of Freeview or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of agents or suppliers of Freeview or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 above.
    3. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Freeview may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
    4. Freeview will not accept Competition entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk.
    5. There is a limit of one (1) entry to the Competition per person.
    6. Freeview reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize Competition.


  1. THE PRIZE  
    1. Two (2) tickets to the UEFA Euro 2020 England v Czech Republic game at Wembley on 22nd June 2021 including one night’s accommodation at a hotel.
    2. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable. Ticket Prizes may be unavailable, or cancelled by UEFA, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and resulting social distancing measures and for similar reasons, in which event substitute prizes will be selected.


  1. WINNERS  
    1. The decision of Freeview is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
    2. Freeview will contact the winner personally via email message as soon as practicable after the Closing Date. Winners must respond accepting the prize and provide all information and details required by the Promoter, Hisense and UEFA by not later than 17.00 BST on 15th June 2021. This will include details of a valid passport for all attendees.
    3. The Winner must complete a form at www.hisense.co.uk/euro2020winner. This data is then to be supplied to UEFA for security checks. 
    4. Freeview must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Freeview will send the surname of the prize winner to anyone who emails [email protected].
    5. If you object to your surname being published or made available, please contact Freeview at [email protected]. In such circumstances, Freeview must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.


    1. Please allow thirty (30) days for delivery of the Prize.
    2. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
    3. Freeview will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their Prize within two (2) days of the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
    4. Freeview does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize or you provide incorrect address details for delivery of the Prize.


    1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Freeview, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


    1. Freeview will only process your personal information as set out in the Freeview Privacy Notice. See also Condition 6.3 and Condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.


  1. GENERAL  
    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Freeview may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.
    2. Freeview reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
    3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
    4. If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
