Award winning blogger and former city girl turned ranch woman Ree Drummond shares her special brand of home cooking, from thrown-together meals to elegant creations. 

 

Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Cookery Course, My5

In this series Gordon Ramsay strips away the complexity of cooking and demonstrates how to make amazing food with ease. He creates a variety of recipes that cater for all cooking abilities - so whether you want to get into cooking for the first time, or try out some new techniques there is plenty to learn. 

 

Lorraine’s Fast Fresh and Easy Food, BBC iPlayer

Lorraine Pascale’s mission with this series was to encourage us to embrace fresh ingredients, and stop relying on jars, packets, or ready meals. So if you are finding yourself with more time free to spend in the kitchen, this series could be a good place to start. Lorraine shows us how to make classics such as roast chicken, or apple pie, alongside dishes you might never have thought of trying such as a butternut squash lasagne. 

 

Gordon Ramsay: Cookalong Live, All4 

Okay so it is not live, this was first shown a few years ago, but if you are looking for a fun challenge, then you are in the right place. Each episode sees Gordon and a celebrity guest teach us how to make a different three course meal. So if one of these evenings you fancy cooking an angel hair pasta starter, a duck breast main, topped off with a tiramisu - well then Gordon has got you covered.
