How do I restart my Freeview Play product?

If you’re experiencing problems with your Freeview Play TV, recorder or internet connection, a good place to begin is to restart your device.

TV

Simply turn your TV off by the main power button, wait about 30 seconds, and then switch the power back on.

Recorder

To restart your TV recorder, put it in standby and turn the power off at the wall. Leave the recorder for 30 seconds and then turn the power on again.

Broadband

Just switch off the power from your router, wait 30 seconds, then switch the power back on.
