Television is a massive part of our lives, but have you ever stopped to wonder what TV actually means to you?

Most of us would consider cancelling plans or racing home from work for our favourite show. For many, TV is the heart of the home; a real way to bond with loved ones (or to argue over the remote). Still we ask why are we all so obsessed with TV?

With 52% of Britons saying they would describe themselves as TV addicts, we decided it was time to take a closer look. So join us as we delve in to the world of television to find out the why, what, and when people watch TV and it how it makes them feel.
